ASHI-New & Used Home Inspections
Purchasing a Home can be a scary process with many unknowns to work through. The last thing you need to worry about is not knowing the true condition of the home you want to purchase. JRD Engineering provide superior home inspectors that are both structural engineers and certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Choosing a JRD-ASHI inspector means choosing someone you can trust to objectively and independently provide a comprehensive analysis of the home's major systems and components. JRD inspectors are trained to objectively communicate only to the home inspector buyer. Our inspectors are committed to continuing education in order to achieve and maintain ASHI member status. All of our inspections are in accordance with the ASHI Standard of Practice and strictly adhere by the ASHI Code of Ethics.
Homebuyers are not the only ASHI home inspector buyers. Homesellers frequently use ASHI inspectors to gain knowledge of the condition of their home before placing on the market. Smart homesellers know that knowledge about their home's condition can help their marketing and may expedite the selling process.
