Forensic Investigations
JRD Engineering investigation services will include both the public and private sector markets. This service will provide troubleshooting where damage and/or failure have occurred. Following the completion of the investigation process, a detailed report will be created outlining the description of the damage and/or failure, the nature of the mechanism which caused the damage and/or failure, along with a list of optional solutions. Our forensic investigation services also include the inspections of properties damaged by fire.
JRD Engineering provides Restoration Engineering which includes site condition survey, structural design, and will review the construction process to repair/restore the building's structure back to original condition and structural strength.
JRD Engineering extends our broad range of construction and administration experience to provide to our client's dispute resolution services. This service includes arbitration, mediation and special reports for litigation.
